New Teachers Training Program
Launch of the Orientation and Training Program for New Teachers in Preparation for the New Academic Year
With the beginning of the new academic year, Al-Falah Private Schools launched its Orientation and Training Program for New Teachers, featuring a series of workshops and training programs aimed at preparing new teachers and familiarizing them with the school’s educational, pedagogical, and administrative systems and practices.
The training series covered a range of educational and technological topics, including the use of Artificial Intelligence tools and Google Forms, designing educational content using Canva, and interactive assessment through Quizizz and Wayground. It also addressed teaching and learning strategies in the digital environment, the use of ClassPoint to create interactive lessons, as well as training on the use of the Microsoft Teams platform.
The program also included specialized educational topics focusing on delivering an effective lesson, engaging strategies, effective activities, differentiation, classroom assessment methods, classroom and time management, in addition to conducting micro-teaching sessions to measure the impact of the training workshops.
This program reflects Al-Falah Private Schools’ commitment to supporting and empowering new teachers by equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles efficiently and confidently, while enhancing their readiness to integrate into the school environment.
