Clinical Supervision: An Approach at Al-Falah for Teaching the Tafakkur Curriculum
Ms. Maryam Shabilat, the Educational Development and Quality Officer at the Tafakkur Center for Human Development based in Jordan, visited Al-Falah Schools to monitor the teaching of the Tafakkur curriculum with Anous. She gained firsthand insight into the reality of our schools in teaching this valuable, creative, and ethical subject. Over the course of two days, she attended several classroom sessions and reviewed student projects alongside the resident supervisor, Ms. Taghreed Qaid. She also explored how the curriculum outputs are integrated into the school environment to reinforce creative ethical education.
Additionally, Ms. Maryam held several meetings with school administrations and the General Director of the schools, Mr. Abdul Ghani Habab, during which the clinical supervision approach adopted by the Tafakkur Center for monitoring schools implementing this curriculum was approved.
Ms. Maryam praised the significant attention from the administration towards teaching the curriculum using best educational practices and creating a supportive school environment.
